About Bilad High School
Bilad is a frontliner barangay located at the East North of Camiling. Situated one of the biggest schools of the town named Bilad High School at the present time. Its name passed through a transition which was not taken for a whole process. It was formerly known as Bilad Resettlement High School in 1994 which was then a pilot of Marawi High School who managed by Mrs. Elsa Y. David as principal.Municipal Kgwd. Rufino Loque was the man behind its existence and through collaboration of the former Bilad Barangay Captain Hon. Celly Agustin and Kagawad Valera to become as resettlement school under the Mt. Pinatubo Commission.
As Bilad High School now seen the fast improvement not only with the facilities but also with buildings. Accommodating 1500 students from different barangays of Camiling, Tarlac and Bayambang, Pangasinan. The school has now sixty three teaching and non-teaching staff.

Bilad High School offers three curricula: STE, JHS and SHS. This school year, the STE program of the school has started accepting incoming Grade 9 students, before there were only grade 7 and 8 leaners, and there were only few classrooms for the learners, but now, because of the help of the LGU through the leadership of Hon. Erlon C. Agustin, new classrooms were built to welcome new students! Bilad High School STE is situated at Brgy. Caarosipan Palimbo, Camiling, Tarlac. On the other hand, Bilad High School JH and SH curricula are at Bilad, Camiling, Tarlac. Bilad is a barangay of Camiling that is nearest to the first barangay of Pangasinan this is why some if not most of the enrolees are coming from Bayambang, Pangasinan. Each year, the number of enrolees in JHS ranges from 1000 to 1100. There are atleast 7-8 sections per year level, and a number of 35-40 learners per section. While in SHS, the number of enrolees ranges from 300 to 400 annually. There are four (4)strands being offered in SHS curriculum where learners are given adequate opportunities. Bilad High School makes sure to continuously and painstakingly exert efforts and all means with the help of its passionate and dedicated teachers and staff and through the leadership of its principal and head teachers to achieve the DepEd's vision that is to unleash the potential of every Filipino learner for them to have significant contributions in building a better nation.
